Client Agreement

PAYMENT

The first payment is due prior to the start of coaching services. 

If the client is utilizing a payment plan, and a monthly payment does not complete, coaching services will pause until the payment issue is resolved. 

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

The client is responsible for booking all sessions.

All sessions must be used within the given time period. Any remaining sessions you have left after termination of coaching will be forfeited.

TERMINATION

By purchasing this program, you agree that Amanda Quick may, at her sole discretion, terminate this agreement, and limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in the program without refund or forgiveness of monthly payments if the client becomes disruptive or disrespectful, is difficult to work with, chooses not to complete the homework on time, chooses not to show up to coaching calls, or violates the terms of this agreement or the website Terms Of Service. In this instance the client would still be liable to pay the total contract amount. No refunds would be provided.

INDEMNIFICATION

The client shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Amanda Quick from and against any and all liabilities and expense whatsoever – including without limitation, claims, damages, judgments, awards, settlements, investigations, costs, attorneys fees, and disbursements.
